Refund policy
We are dedicated in making your shopping experience as positive as possible and will do all we can to make you happy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Peake Chic purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise within 14 days from the date received. All returned merchandise should include the original receipt, packaging, tags, and must be in exact and pristine condition. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any concerns or questions may rise during the order process.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and while we recommend shipping insured parcel post, you may utilize the carrier of your choice. Peake Chic will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Merchandise bought in store cannot be returned online.
Merchandise that is used, worn, or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refund or merchandise credit.
Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.
